Beabadoobee will perform her first arena run in Australia in March 2027. The Filipino-British indie-pop artist will visit the east coast for The Powerlines Tour, with shows at Brisbane Entertainment Centre (March 15), Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne (March 18) and Afterpay Arena in Sydney (March 20).
The dates support her forthcoming fourth studio album Pylon, due September 18 via Dirty Hit/Interscope. The 14-track collection features previously released tracks “Sun Has Set,” “Switchblade” and “Memories,” and is described as “louder, angstier and grittier” than her previous work.
Pylon features collaborations with Hayley Williams on “Nothing To Prove” and Brendan Yates of Turnstile on “Powerlines.” Additional appearances include Evan Stephens Hall (Pinegrove), Chino Moreno (Deftones) and Shane Moran (Title Fight), with production contributions from The 1975’s Matty Healy and George Daniel.
Beabadoobee (Beatrice Laus) has released three studio albums to date: Fake It Flowers (2020, UK No. 8), Beatopia (2022, UK No. 4) and Is How Tomorrow Moves (2024, UK No. 1). Pylon will be her fourth.
Tickets for the Australia shows go on sale Thursday, September 10 local time at handsometours.com.
