Slovak pop singer ADÉLA performed a 16-song set at the Fonda Theatre in Los Angeles on Thursday, October 8, 2026, the first of two Los Angeles dates on her Red Bottoms Tour. She was scheduled to return to the Fonda for a second sold-out show on October 9.
The show featured a hot pink ballet rail, pink and red lighting, and hair choreography built around her signature bright pink hair. The production was relatively stripped back, relying largely on the rail and the lighting rather than elaborate staging or visuals. The set drew on her debut album, PRIMA, which debuted at No. 4 on the Billboard 200. Two of its singles have reached the Billboard Hot 100: “Ain’t in LA” peaked at No. 27, and “Nicole Kidman” recently climbed to No. 11.
ADÉLA typically performs an unreleased track called “Kiss Here” on tour. For the Los Angeles audience she instead played “Homewrecked,” a song she said she had not been performing on the tour as an apology for a lyric in her catalog. She introduced “Ain’t in LA” earlier in the set by telling the crowd the song was a little awkward, given its title and the city she now calls home.
ADÉLA said she moved to Los Angeles from Slovakia a couple of years ago to take part in The Debut: Dream Academy. She pointed toward the balcony, where former castmates Megan Skiendiel and Lara Raj of KATSEYE and Emily Kelavos of Saint Satine were watching. She framed “Ain’t in LA” not as a rejection of the city but as an acknowledgment of people whose contributions can go unrecognized. “I’m an immigrant,” she said.
Before closing the show with “Nicole Kidman,” ADÉLA addressed the audience about what she was manifesting for her future. Her wishes included making “Nicole Kidman” No. 1 on Spotify in the U.S. and hoping Los Angeles would not stay mad at her over “Ain’t in LA.”
