Florence Road, an Irish rock quartet, performed at Ohana Festival on Saturday, September 27, after festival organizers rescheduled their set following a theft that forced cancellation of their Friday performance.
Two days before the festival, the band’s van was broken into after a show at the Troubadour in West Hollywood, and all gear—including guitars and pedalboards—was stolen. The band announced the cancellation on social media, stating they were working with Ohana organizers to find a solution.
Fest organizers moved Florence Road to a Saturday evening slot at approximately 8 p.m., positioned between Alabama Shakes and headliner Tyler Childers. Lead singer Lily Aron thanked Pearl Jam frontman Eddie Vedder and the Ohana crew from the stage, saying “It means a lot for a little Irish band.” The band performed songs including “Heavy,” “Hanging Out to Dry,” and “Break the Girl.”
Florence Road, named after a road in Bray, County Wicklow, Ireland, played their first U.S. headlining show in Brooklyn in April 2026. They have toured with Olivia Rodrigo, Sombr, and Wolf Alice, and performed at festivals including Primavera Sound in Barcelona and Summer Sonic in Osaka. The band concludes their North American run with shows in New York, Boston, and Toronto.
