Metallica have announced a new run of North American tour dates extending their “M72 World Tour.” The 12-date stadium trek kicks off May 8th in Vancouver, BC at BC Place and runs through June 19th in Salt Lake City, UT at Rice-Eccles Stadium.
Dates include shows in San Diego (Snapdragon Stadium, May 13), El Paso (Sun Bowl Stadium, May 18), San Antonio (Alamodome, May 22), Fayetteville (Razorback Stadium, May 26), Kansas City (Arrowhead Stadium, May 29), Raleigh (Carter-Finley Stadium, June 2), Indianapolis (Lucas Oil Stadium, June 5), Buffalo (Highmark Stadium, June 8), Madison (Camp Randall Stadium, June 12), and Cleveland (Huntington Bank Field, June 15). Limp Bizkit and Avatar will provide support across all dates.
Tickets are available via Ticketmaster, with resale options through Vivid Seats.
The 2027 dates follow Metallica’s “Life Burns Faster” residency at Las Vegas Sphere, running October 2026 to March 2027. The band will also perform two special shows at Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut on November 19th and 21st, 2026, celebrating the venue’s 25th anniversary.
