Alex Warren's second studio album WILDCHILD debuted at No. 1 on Billboard's Top Album Sales and Vinyl Albums charts (dated Sept. 12), earning 75,000 equivalent album units in its first week.

Alex Warren’s second full-length studio album WILDCHILD debuted at No. 1 on Top Album Sales and Vinyl Albums (dated Sept. 12), marking his first chart leader on both rankings. The album also entered at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 and No. 9 on Indie Store Album Sales.

The set earned 75,000 equivalent album units in its first week (ending Sept. 3), Warren’s best week by units. Album sales comprised 55,000 units (his best sales week), with the remainder driven by streaming and track purchases. First-week sales were supported by 13 vinyl variants, five CD variants, three download editions and a cassette.

WILDCHILD follows Warren’s debut album You’ll Be Alright, Kid, which reached No. 5 on the Billboard 200 and contained the No. 1 Billboard Hot 100 single “Ordinary.” The new album was preceded by three charted Billboard Hot 100 songs: “Passenger” (No. 100 in June), “Fine Place To Die” (No. 87 in May) and “Fever Dream” (No. 21 in March).
