ARTMS Perfects Their Craft with 2024 ‘Moonshot’ World Tour

After several challenging years, ARTMS is stabilizing as a quintet, with the recent success of their debut concert in Seoul and the upcoming 'Moonshot' world tour. The group, consisting of former LOONA members, emphasizes their hands-on approach in the tour's setlist, stage direction, and choreography.


Reflecting on their growth, member Kim Lip shares, "We really wanted to perfect everything and show that we were fully immersed in the music." This newfound creative freedom contrasts sharply with their previous experiences, where they had limited control over their artistic output.


During the Seoul concerts, ARTMS delighted fans by performing reimagined LOONA hits alongside tracks from their debut album 'Dall'. HeeJin, excited about showcasing her guitar skills, said, "It was actually on my bucket list." 


The tour aims to offer a unique experience at each stop, with member Choerry teasing variations in choreography. While future tour plans beyond Europe and the Americas are not set, the group is enthusiastic about performing wherever they have fans. 


Forming ARTMS allowed the members to broaden their creative horizons while honoring their past with LOONA. Their debut album 'Dall' represents a fresh start, with significant contributions from the members in songwriting and production. JinSoul highlights how various beginnings have brought ARTMS together: "We’ve brought those stories together, and those references kind of showcase how all these different beginnings have brought ARTMS together."


As they embark on this new journey, ARTMS combines their past experiences with a strong desire to forge their own path, creating a promising future for the group.

  Megadeth drummer Dirk Verbeuren has publicly criticized a fashion brand for allegedly "stealing" artwork from Soilwork's 2005 album Stabbing the Drama . The high-end hoodie in question, manufactured by Vetements and priced at a staggering $1600, features artwork that closely resembles the Stabbing the Drama cover art, which Verbeuren played drums on.
