Squash at the LA28 Summer Games runs across 9
sessions, Sat, Jul 15 – Mon, Jul 24 2028, at Comcast Squash Center at Universal Studios Hollywood
in Universal City.
Squash makes its Olympic debut at LA28, held at the Comcast Squash Center at Universal Studios Hollywood in Universal City. Matches are played on a glass-walled court, with players competing in best-of-five games to 11 points. Olympic squash tournaments typically run as single-elimination brackets, narrowing from early rounds down through quarterfinals, semifinals, and a final, with the draw structure determining how many matches spectators see in a given evening session.
Two sessions are listed below, both starting at 8:30 PM, on Saturday, July 22 and Monday, July 24, 2028. Given the two-day gap between them, these are likely to represent different stages of the tournament rather than consecutive rounds of the same bracket, though the schedule provided does not specify which matches fall on which date. An evening session in squash generally features multiple matches back to back, so expect more than a single contest across the course of the night.
Because the schedule does not label either date as a final, spectators should treat both sessions as part of the broader elimination format rather than assume one date carries greater weight than the other. Anyone deciding between the two dates may want to consider that later rounds in a single-elimination event tend to feature fewer, higher-stakes matches, while earlier sessions can include a wider spread of players across the draw.
