Golf at the LA28 Summer Games runs across 10
sessions, Wed, Jul 19 – Sat, Jul 29 2028, at Riviera Country Club
in Pacific Palisades.
Olympic golf is contested as individual stroke play over four rounds, with the lowest cumulative score across the tournament determining the medals. Men’s and women’s competitions run on separate dates, each using the same 72-hole format familiar from professional tour events. Players tee off in groups throughout the day, so a single day’s play amounts to one full round for the entire field rather than a short, discrete match. The event takes place at Riviera Country Club in Pacific Palisades, a course with a long history of hosting professional golf.
The schedule below lists two sessions, on Saturday, July 22 and Monday, July 24, both at Riviera Country Club. Each date corresponds to a full round of the tournament rather than a single tee time, meaning play begins in the morning and continues for several hours as groups make their way through 18 holes. Spectators attending either session should expect to follow players around the course rather than watch from a single fixed vantage point, as is standard for golf broadcasts and in-person viewing alike.
With only two dates listed, spectators should treat each as a separate round within the broader tournament rather than assume either is the concluding day. Choosing between them may come down to convenience of date rather than any difference in what is being contested, since both sessions follow the same stroke-play structure at the same Pacific Palisades venue.

$2455 per ticket. Official LA28 sales have not opened yet, so treat early listings as
a rough guide rather than a quote — prices and availability will change substantially before 2028.
The Games run 10–30 July 2028. Sessions, venues and start times are still subject to
change by the organisers, and the listings shown here are resale inventory offered ahead of the official
on-sale. This page is updated daily from the live catalogue.
