System of a Down and Faith No More have announced a stadium tour of Australia and New Zealand in January and February 2027, their first dates in the region since 2012 and 2015 respectively.
The confirmed dates are:
- January 22 — Sydney, Accor Stadium
- January 27 — Melbourne, Marvel Stadium
- February 1 — Brisbane, Suncorp Stadium
- February 7 — Wellington, Hnry Stadium
General ticket sales begin Friday, July 31, with staggered start times across markets. A PayPal First Access presale starts July 29, preceded by an artist presale for mailing-list subscribers on July 28. TEG Live handles ticketing.
System of a Down last played Australia in 2012 at Soundwave Festival. The band has not released a studio album since 2005, when they released Mezmerize (May) and Hypnotize (November), both debuting at No. 1 on the Billboard 200. Faith No More last toured Australia in 2015 supporting the final Soundwave edition.
