Shakira's October 3 performance at Madrid's Shakira Stadium, featuring surprise guest Dua Lipa, became the most-viewed livestream by a female artist on Amazon Music.

Shakira’s October 3 concert in Madrid set a record as the most-viewed livestream performance by a female artist on Amazon Music, the streaming service announced on October 4. The show was part of her 12-date residency at Shakira Stadium during her Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour.

The performance featured a surprise appearance by Dua Lipa, who performed an acoustic rendition of “Antología” from Shakira’s 1997 album Pies Descalzos. The concert was broadcast live on Amazon Music, Prime Video and Twitch to an audience of more than 50,000 fans at the venue and viewers online.

“For me, it’s an honor and a privilege to sing this song, which means so much to me, with this woman who is so admired and loved around the world,” Shakira said while introducing Dua Lipa. Following the performance, Dua Lipa wrote on Instagram in Spanish: “I felt that you, me, and the audience were one. Very grateful to take home such a beautiful memory!!!”

Shakira Stadium was built as a temporary venue within Madrid’s Iberdrola Music complex specifically for the residency, which opened September 18 and concludes October 11. The livestream led Amazon Music’s 2026 Women Shaping Latin Music campaign.
