Rihanna revealed she has at least 170 unreleased songs in her vault during a TikTok Live for her Fenty Beauty brand on Wednesday, October 7. When a fan asked her to estimate the number of unreleased tracks, she used a mathematical reference to her product line: “If there are 10 products in a vault, then I have at least 17 vaults.”
Her partner A$AP Rocky confirmed Rihanna was actively recording in August. “Yo, she in the studio right now,” he said in an interview with Jason Lee, adding, “She working. She cooking.”
Rihanna’s last studio album, ANTI, was released in 2016 and spent two weeks atop the Billboard 200. Her most recent release came in 2025 with a contribution to the Smurfs Movie soundtrack titled “Friend of Mine.” She returned to the stage in July, performing at Jay-Z’s Extra Innings show at Yankee Stadium, where she performed “Run This Town” and “Bitch Better Have My Money.”
