Tour Background

The tour began September 18 with two consecutive sold-out shows at Estadio GNP Seguros in Mexico City. Remaining scheduled stops included Mérida (October 17), Boca del Río (October 30), Puebla (October 31), Toluca (November 6), Oaxaca (November 7), Monterrey (November 27), Torreón (November 28) and Acapulco, where the tour was set to conclude December 5.

The tour is named after Cano’s latest album, Natanael Cano, Vol. 1, which debuted at No. 4 on the Top Regional Mexican Albums chart and No. 10 on Top Latin Albums. The 15-track project includes “Mar Azul,” “La Cherokee” and covers of Cristian Castro’s “Por Amarte Así” and Jeanette’s “Frente a Frente.”
