Little Golden Books has released an “ultimate fan edition” of For the Fans! (KPop Demon Hunters): Official Storybook, expanding the bestselling children’s book based on the Netflix animated film. The new edition, released August 18, includes 22 additional pages of movie-themed quizzes, puzzles and activities, plus a sticker sheet featuring characters from the film. The book now totals 48 pages and features a shiny cover with shimmery gold binding.
The original storybook was released December 30, 2025. Both editions follow the story of the demon-slaying girl group HUNTR/X—with members Rumi, Mira and Zoey—alongside the Saja Boys boy band and animal characters including Derpy Tiger and Sussie. The book is adapted by Angela Song from the film’s screenplay, co-written and directed by Maggie Kang and Chris Appelhans, and features full-color illustrations in stylized chibi fashion.
A companion release, Golden: Lyrics from the Song! (KPop Demon Hunters), features complete lyrics to “Golden,” the Grammy and Academy Award-winning song from the film. The track topped the Billboard Hot 100 for eight weeks and earned four Grammy nominations in 2026, winning Best Song Written for Visual Media.
Both books are official releases from Netflix and Golden Books, part of the publisher’s expanding K-pop children’s book catalogue that includes biographies of BTS, BLACKPINK and Stray Kids.
