A$AP Rocky Dismisses Drake Diss on 'Burning Bridges' Music News
A$AP Rocky said Drake's lyrical jab about Rihanna promoting his album "doesn't make sense" during an appearance on The Jason Lee Show. Rocky also declined interest in a celebrity boxing match with the Toronto rapper.

A$AP Rocky addressed Drake’s disses on Burning Bridges during a recent interview on The Jason Lee Show, dismissing the Toronto rapper’s criticism as illogical.

Drake’s track included the lines: “Your baby mama ain’t even post your single, damn / Where she at? Yeah, where she at?” Rocky responded that the jab was unfounded. “That’s stupid,” he said. “If she would’ve posted my album, everybody would have been like, ‘You only went No. 1 cause your girl posted.’ She’s not on my f***ing album. What single she supposed to be posting? She posted my album after it went No. 1.”

Rocky added: “Everybody done moved on with their lives and motherf***as still strung up on that sh*t. It’s just bugged out to me. The Internet antics and smear campaigns and all that, we see right through that.”

When asked if he would consider a celebrity boxing match with Drake, Rocky declined. “He don’t wanna see me,” Rocky said. “F*** some gloves, n***a. Bare knuckle, like the Irish. We ain’t doin all that celebrity boxing sh*t.”

Rocky has previously attributed his rift with Drake to their relationship changing around 2020 when he began dating Rihanna. “I thought [Drake] was my mans. I thought he was my dude,” Rocky told Akademiks earlier this year. “When I got with [Rihanna], he started throwing shots out of nowhere.”
